SPECIAL CARE POLICY :

We warrant that we will replace any defective product for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are hereby excluded. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential or indirect or incidental damage. See Return Policy below.


CLAIMS:

Merchandise is shipped from our plants in clean factory fresh condition. In the unlikely event that a package arrives in damaged condition, to the point that you think it is unusable, please mark the bill of lading or package “Refuse because of damage in transit.” You should then contact us so that we may file a claim with the shipping agent and reship you your merchandise.


RETURN POLICY (15% Restocking Charge):

Media Street and eMotionbuzz.com is committed to your satisfaction.

We will accept any unopened merchandise within 30 days of the date shipped for a STORE CREDIT only on the purchase price less a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking fee and any shipping costs.  We cannot accept returns on open merchandise, unless it was defectively manufactured (see below).

o If you feel that your purchase was defectively manufactured please see section below “Defectively Manufactured”.

o If you received a package damaged in transit, please *refuse* it. If it is too late to refuse, and you did not sign for it damaged, please call the trucking company and file a claim immediately. Let us know if we can help.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number must accompany all returned items, please e-mail rmarequest@mediastreetgroup.com for this number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused. If you simply did not like the merchandise, and have opened it, we are sorry but we cannot accept your return. We do not accept returns of sample packages, custom made items, closeout or sale items.

All returns must be shipped back to us via UPS Ground, or the cheapest method. Please take into consideration that you are paying for the freight back to us. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Items returned in damaged or used condition, which cannot be resold, will be sent back to you. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition.

After 30 days, the RMA# is deemed expired and the item(s) are no longer viable for return or for credit.

Defectively Manufactured:

If you feel that your merchandise was defectively manufactured, please e-mail our Quality Control Department qcd@mediastreetgroup.com. You have 30 days from your products ship date to notify us of a defective product. An RMA# must be given to you to accompany the item(s) to be returned. Without an RMA#, the package will be refused. Any product found to be defective would be replaced upon the return and inspection of the defective product.

**Job Jacket Returns**

Job Jackets are made to order. Because they are manufactured for each individual
order, they are not a returnable item. If they were manufactured incorrectly,
then please contact our sales office,

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) on the package. Once you have obtained a RMA# from our Quality Control Department, via e-mail, please mark the RMA# prominently on the box and ship the CHEAPEST method to:
